Pickup requests and First Access are separate. For a pickup request, we collect your name, phone, selected tee size and pickup zone to review your request and contact you about fulfillment. For First Access, we collect your phone number, separate SMS marketing consent, time of submission and signup source to maintain a record of your permission to receive promotional text updates. We do not automatically enroll pickup customers in First Access.

Pickup requests are processed using Netlify Forms. The website does not collect card numbers, banking information, or payment details. Your request is not an order, reservation, or purchase.

Netlify and our hosting services may process information necessary to operate the website. Only authorized RI$KTAKER operators should access request submissions.

Please do not include a home address or sensitive payment information in a request. To ask about information you submitted or request deletion, contact RI$KTAKER through its official social channels.

We do not enroll you in marketing emails merely because you submit a pickup request.

SMS opt-in and consent details are used for RI$KTAKER messages and administering your subscription. We do not sell or share SMS opt-in data or consent with third parties for their own marketing. Service providers may process messages on our behalf. You may reply STOP to opt out after SMS messaging is enabled.
